Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients above 18 years of age of either gender, admitted for major surgery. Patients who receive prophylactic anti microbials during the peri-operative surgical procedures. Patients with Co-morbid conditions (Diabetes , Hypertension, Chronic kidney disease).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For minor surgical procedures. Patients admitted for implant/prosthetic surgery. Patients not willing to give consent to participate in the study.
