Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: CHILDREN AGED 3 TO 10 YEARS WITH COOPERATIVE. BEHAVIOUR SUITABLE FOR CLINICAL PROCEDURES. PRESENCE OF PRIMARY MOLARS WITH OCCLUSAL CARIES REQUIRING RESTORATION. TEETH WITH CARIOUS LESIONS EXTENDING TO THE DENTINE ICDAS CODES 2. TEETH WITH SUFFICIENT STRUCTURE TO ALLOW PROPER ISOLATION AND RESTORATION PLACEMENT. PATIENTS WHOSE PARENTS OR GUARDIANS PROVIDED WRITTEN INFORMED CONSENT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PATIENTS HAVING ANY CHRONIC MEDICAL DISEASES. HYPOCALCIFICATION OR DEVELOPMENTAL ANOMALY. CHILDREN WITH SYSTEMIC DISEASES OR CONDITIONS CONTRAINDICATING DENTAL TREATMENT. PRIMARY MOLARS WITH PULPAL INVOLVEMENT ABSCESS OR FISTULA. PREVIOUSLY RESTORED OR FRACTURED PRIMARY MOLARS. PATIENTS WITH POOR ORAL HYGIENE OR UNCOOPERATIVE BEHAVIOUR MAKING ISOLATION OR RESTORATION DIFFICULT. CHILDREN WITH KNOWN ALLERGY OR SENSITIVITY TO GLASS IONOMER CEMENT OR NANOPARTICLES.
