Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Two-wheeler Riders A) Riders travelling more than 20 km and less than 50 km for 1 hr B) Riders travelling greater than 51 and less than 100 km for 2 hr

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) known case of Slip disc/Ankylosing spondylitis/severe pain/ Diabetes Mellitus / Hypertension/ or neurological illness. 2) vatavyadhi patients with ongoing medicine.
