Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients who underwent Lumbar spinal fusion 2. Age above 18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with infective pathologies, Malignant conditions and spinal deformities will be excluded

MeasureTime frame
1. To evaluate adjacent segment disease following lumbar spinal fusion. 2. To correlate radiographic adjacent segment changes with functional outcome. 3. To identify demographic risk factors associated with adjacent segment disease Timepoint: Assessment will be done at 6 weeks, 12 months and 24 months post-operatively.—
