Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in age group 21-60. Patients with Grade 1 and Grade 2 ankle sprains

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below age 21 and above age 60. Patients with fracture and dislocation of ankle joint. Patients with Grade-3 Ankle sprain 19. Patients with previous history of ligament or bony reconstructive surgery to the ankle & foot. Patients presenting with open wound over ankle.
