Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: medical students who are having stress rings in their iris . Medical students aged 18 to 25 years. No diagnosed physical or mental disabilities. Perceived Stress Scale PSS 10 score between 14 and 40.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any systemic or mental illness, or currently under medication. Known ocular sensitivity or hypersensitivity to light/eye procedures. Presence of chronic illnesses (e.g., diabetes mellitus, hypertension). PSS-10 score between 0 and 13. medical students not having stress rings in their iris.
