Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient age between 16 to 50 years Patient with Pratyatma lakshana of Asrugdara Patients presenting with excessive prolonged menstrual bleeding intermenstrual bleeding at least for 2 months Patients diagnosed as DUB

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Uterine Polyp Endometrial and endo cervical polyp Patient using intrauterine contraceptive device Benign and malignant growth Patient with uterine and pelvic pathology Fibroid adenomyosis Coagulation Disorder Known case of Thyroid problems / Diabetic mellitus
