Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 15 45 years Clinical diagnosis of acne vulgaris (Grade II/III/IV) Treatment-na ve patients Patients with the ability to understand and provide informed consent (Paediatric assent and parental consent in case of children more than or equal to 15 and less than 18 years of age) and comply with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with the presence of any skin condition that would interfere with the diagnosis or assessment of Acne Vulgaris (e.g., acne conglobate, acne fulminans, rosacea, dermatitis, seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis, eczema, acneiform eruptions caused by medications, steroid acne, steroid folliculitis, or bacterial folliculitis). Patients who have not undergone a washout period (2 weeks for antibiotics on the face and 4 weeks for retinoids on the face). Pregnant or lactating individuals

Agreement between AI-predicted severity and clinician GEA scores at baseline, 4 weeks, 8 weeks, and 12 weeks. Accuracy of AI in predicting the 12-week clinical outcome from baseline images. Timepoint: Baseline, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks
