Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40-75 years 2.Patients in the early cardiac rehabilitation phase (5-21 days) 3.Medically Stable 4.No inotropic support for 48 hours, 5.Resting HR 60-100 BPM 6.Resting BP 90-140/60-90 mmHg 7.No chest pain or new ECG changes in the past 48 hours 8.Cognitively intact with MMSE score greater than or equal to 24 9.Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction (LVEF) greater than or equal 40%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable Angina 2. NYHA Class III-IV Heart Failure or LVEF less than 40% 3. Severe musculoskeletal or neurological condition that interferes with exercise (e.g., stroke, amputation, severe OA, etc.) 4. Severe pulmonary disease (e.g., COPD GOLD III/IV), oxygen dependency, or active chest infection. 5. Uncontrolled metabolic disease, such as Diabetes mellitus with HbA1c more than 8.5% 6. Frequent hypoglycemia or ketoacidosis episodes 7. Persistent hypotension (SBP less than 90 mmHg) or uncontrolled hypertension (SBP more than 160 mmHg / DBP more than 100 mmHg). 8. Participation in another structured cardiac rehab or interventional clinical trial during the same period.
