Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
comparison of hypotension in normatensives and controlled hypertension in patients undergoing spinal anesthesiaTimepoint: Checked at baseline, every two minutes for first 10mins , every 5mins for next 20 mins and every 10 mins upto one hour.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
requirement of vasopressor to treat spinal anesthesia induced hypotension and the level of sensory blockade achievedTimepoint: blood pressure monitoring from baseline hemodynamics followed by every two minutes for first 20 minutes and the every 10mins till end of surgery
