Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients aged 18 35 years requiring orthodontic treatment with bilateral extraction of premolars. 2)Healthy individuals with no systemic diseases affecting bone metabolism. 3)Patients willing to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Previously had orthodontic treatment or orthognathic surgery. 2)Having a systemic disease or a craniofacial anomaly. 3)Having traumatic injuries or history of trauma. 4)Have received any facial esthetic treatment, including Botox and fillers. 5)Use of medications affecting bone remodeling (e.g., bisphosphonates, corticosteroids). 6)Smoking or habits influencing healing and bone turnover. 7)Pregnant or lactating females.
