Inclusion criteria: Liver Transplant recipients (Living and Deceased) Patients with Hepato-cellular carcinoma All Chronic liver disease patients All Acute liver disease patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All vulnerable patient population(Pregnant,Mentally unstable etc) Other organ transplant recipients( Heart,Lung,Kidney)
