Inclusion criteria: Forward Head Posture Rounded Shoulder Posture Willing To Participate And Provide Informed Consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent Shoulder Or Upper Limb Injury Cervical Radiculopathy History Of Shoulder Surgery Fracture Dislocation Neurological Disorder Affecting Posture or Upper Extremity Function Severe Thoracic Kyphosis Structural Deformities RA Inflammatory Condition Affecting The Shoulder Or Spine Regular Physical Activity Or Gym
