Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients in the age range of 30 to 60 years old, regardless of gender, who exhibit Manyastambh clinical characteristics including pain and stiffness. 2 Patients with Manyastambh who were pre-diagnosed based on reliable testing and clinical signs. 3 The patient may or may not have had radiographic abnormalities along with clinical complaints. 4 Able to give written informed permission and willing to take part.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Fractures to the cervical vertebrae and their displacement. 2 Cervical myelopathy caused by compression. 3 Brain lesions that take up space. 4 Instance following spinal surgery. 5 Patients with any acute illness, infectious disease, metabolic illness, or chronic illness (such as ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, or SLE). 6 Diabetes mellitus without control and high blood pressure. 7 Women who are pregnant or in the maternity period. 8 Patient who has cancerous tissue findings.

Reduction in pain and stiffness, assessed using specific pain and mobility scales, e.g., Visual Analog Scale (VAS) and range of Motion (ROM) assessments.Timepoint: Follow ups on 4th week 8th week 12th week

Improvement in functional status and patient satisfaction, evaluated through specific questionnaires or scales.Timepoint: Conclusion will be made during follow ups on 4th week 8th week 12th week
