Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Individuals aged 18 to 60 years, of either gender, will be included in the study. 2 Participants exhibiting the primary characteristics of obesity will be selected. 3 Those with a BMI ranging from 25 to 40 kg per metre square will be eligible for inclusion in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Individuals under 18 years and over 60 years of age were excluded from the study. 2 Patients currently taking medications such as steroids or antidepressants were not included. 3 Obesity caused by endocrine disorders like Cushings syndrome or hypothyroidism was excluded. 4 Participants with a BMI less than 25 kg per metre square or greater than 40 kg per metre square were not considered for the study.
