Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Confirmed diagnosis of cervicogenic headache patients by Neurologist. Presence of myofascial trigger points in splenius capitis and splenius cervicis. Duration of symptoms more than 1 months. No Prior treatment for CGH. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of cervical spine trauma or surgery Any other neurological disorders or infections Coexisting migraine or tension-type headaches Bleeding disorders or anticoagulant therapy Alcoholic and Drug Addicted Patients. Skin allergies, wounds, or infections at treatment sites. Pregnancy and on lactation women Presence of other neurological conditions (Tumor, Migraine, BPPV, Infectious diseases)
