Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The Patients diagnosed with chronic bronchitis (COPD) as per GOLD criteria. 2. Patients aged between 40 70 years. 3. Patients with productive cough and sputum production. 4. Patients in stable condition (no acute exacerbation in the last 4 weeks). 5. Patients willing to participate and providing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute exacerbation of COPD. 2. Patients with other significant respiratory diseases (e.g., asthma, bronchiectasis, tuberculosis). 3. Patients with unstable cardiac conditions or severe comorbidities. 4. Patients with recent thoracic or abdominal surgery. 5. Patients unable to understand or perform breathing techniques.
