Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Solitory fistulous tract clinical features of fistula in ano mentioned in diagnostic criteria Subjects with controlled Diabetes mellitus Subjects with controlled Hypertension

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fistula in ano secondary to Tuberculosis Crohns disease Ulcerative colitis Osteomyelitis of any bone Veneral disease HIV Type I and II HBsAG and malignancies Associated with any other diagnosed anorectal disorders like haemorrhoids anal polyp high anal fistula Pregnant and lactating women Patients contraindicated for ksharakarma
