Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male fast bowlers aged 18 to 25 years Currently playing competitive cricket (university/club/state level) Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a fast bowler Currently engaged in regular fast bowling training for at least 12 hours per week during the past three months Willing to provide written informed consent Able to comprehend English Medically fit for sports participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of recent injury (within last 3 6 months), especially affecting performance Presence of neurological disorders affecting motor response Diagnosed sleep disorders (e.g., insomnia, sleep apnea) Use of medications affecting sleep or reaction time (e.g., sedatives, stimulants) Known psychiatric conditions Participation in structured sleep intervention programs Current fatigue, illness, or overtraining affecting performance
