Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 40 to 55 years perimenopausal phase from opd Women having the clinical features of Perimenopause Women having abnormal elevated levels of one or more lipid profile parameters except HDL Patients who are willing to give their consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients that do not fulfill inclusion criteria Women aged less than 40 years and more than 55 years Women already on hormonal therapy and lipid lowering medications statins Known cases of Diabetes Mellitus PCOS Tumors Tuberculosis and any other severe disease Women with surgical removal of uterus hysterectomy and bilateral oopherectomy
