Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients between 1 month to 18 years of age diagnosed with PUJ obstruction and planned for pyeloplasty. 2. Written informed consent provided by parents or guardians (and assent where applicable).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with PUJO who do not require surgery. 2. Children with bilateral PUJ obstruction. 3. Children undergoing redo pyeloplasty. 4. Those who are not giving consent
