Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children of either sex, aged between 5 years to 12 years Children with written informed consent from parent/legal guardian Children with normal baseline LFT (Liver Function Test) and RFT (Renal Function Test) values
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with known pre-existing liver or kidney disorders Children with chronic systemic illnesses (e.g., cardiac disease, metabolic disorders) Children on any long-term medication that may affect LFT or RFT History of known allergy to any ingredients of Swarnaprashana Acute illness at the time of enrolment Children less than 5 years and more than 12 years
