Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals No neurological or musculoskeletal disorder Not on analgesics or medications affecting pain perception Willing to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Skin sensitivity in lumbosacral region Chronic pain or systemic illness Heat intolerance or hypersensitivity Heavy gym-trained individuals
