Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Who are admitted in selected old age homes Mangalore Elderly people who are at the age group of 60 to 75 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Elderly people who are suffering from psychological distress level at the time of data collection Elderly people who are taking medications either for depression stress or anxiety Elderly people who are severely sick
