Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study will include Children who are 1 Aged 8 year to 18 years 2 Receiving IV chemotherapy at Paediatric day care 3 Able to communicate in Hindi or English 4 Clinically stable and able to report pain 5 Accompanied by parents 6 Wiling to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The study excludes children who are 1 Having history of seizures/photosensitive epilepsy 2 Having Visual, auditory, or cognitive impairments 3 Motion sickness, vertigo, severe nausea/vomiting Facial/head conditions preventing headset placement 4 Receiving any drugs other than chemotherapy

1. PainTimepoint: 1. pain will be assessed during vascular cannulation will be assessed within 1 minute of procedure.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
anxietyTimepoint: procedural anxiety experienced during vascular cannulation will be assessed within 1 minute after the procedure.;physiological parameters include heart rate, SPO2, & respiratory rate.Timepoint: will be assessed after vascular cannulation within 1 minute;parental satisfaction with virtual realityTimepoint: after 10 minutes of vascular cannulation
