Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 6 to 16 irrespective of gender socio-economic status religion Clinically diagnosed cases of Mutrakrichchhra with following symptoms Shoolayukta Mutrapravrutti Dahayukta Mutrapravrutti Muhurmuhu Mutrapravrutti First episode or acute onset with symptoms present less than 7 days No prior treatment taken for the same symptoms Patients enrolled in the study after obtaining written informed consent from their parents or legal guardians
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of Recurrent urinary tract infection more than 3 episodes in past 6 months Children having less than 10 pus cells Hpf on Microscopic examination Children with systemic or chronic illness Severe malnutrition Known allergy or hypersensitivity to any ingredient of Yogsaradeladi Churna or control formulation
