Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 25 years Healthy with no ankle injury in the past 6 months Subjects exhibiting no signs of neurological impairment No cardiovascular or metabolic disorders Able to perform ankle exercises Willing to provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any current or recent (past 6 months) ankle sprain, fracture, or surgery History of deep vein thrombosis, varicose veins, or vascular disorders Any systemic disease (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, cardiac disease) influencing study outcomes, as per BFRT screening questionnaire. Neurological deficit affecting proprioception
