Intervention1: T. Duloxetine: dose 60mg per oral at 2hrs prior to surgery Control Intervention1: C. Gabapentin: dose 300mg per oral 2 hrs prior to surgery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All ASA 1 to 2 patients undergoing laparoscopic hernia surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Ideal body weight less than 50 kg Patients with BMI greater than 30 ASA more than 3 patient Emergency surgery Allergic to medications Later converted to open laparotomy
