Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 1 month to 18 years 2.Children with clinical features suggestive of anaemia- pallor, fatigue, poor feeding, growth delay 3.Hemoglobin below WHO age-specific cut-off values -which confirmed anaemia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are currently on iron supplementation 2.Children with known hematological disorders are already under treatment.
