Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having age between 25-45 years No history of acute and chronic respiratory diseases Willingness to follow study protocols Having no history and habit of smoking tobacco chewing drug abuse or any other intoxication Not regularly practicing Pranayam No contraindications to perform Pranayam

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having age below 25 and more than 45 years During the pre-observational phase of the study, if individual lung function parameters (eg.TV, IRV etc.) are found to be less than lower limit and more than upper limit of the normal range and having oxygen saturation below 95%. Individual having Congenital or traumatic thoracic deformities and pregnant female individual. Acute respiratory infections. Chronic pulmonary diseases (eg. Asthma, COPD etc.) Severe cardiac, neuromuscular, skeletal disorders or other chronic systemic illness.

May include enhanced respiratory function through improved oxygenation, breath control, and strengthen respiratory muscles. Regulation of autonomic balance by increasing parasympathetic activity may lead to reduced heart rate, blood pressure, stress, and anxiety alongwith improved mental calmness and emotional stability. May improve spiritual well-being and inner resilience, fostering a positive outlook and inspiring societal contribution.Timepoint: Baseline (Day 0) , Day 90
