Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed cases of Amlapitta based on classical symptoms 2.Age Group - 19yrs-60yrs 3.Clinically diagnosed Amlapitta with symptoms duration more than 3 months 4.Willingness to follow Chakra Sadhana practice for 15 days 5.Participants able to understand and fill the symptom assessment questionnaire 6.Willingness to give written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Age group less than 19yrs and more than 60 yrs 2.Acute Amlapitta less than 3 months duration 3.Individuals with systemic illnesses 4.Pregnant and lactating women 5.Individuals practicing any other form of meditation, pranayama, or yoga therapy during the study period 6.Participants with psychiatric illness or cognitive impairment affecting compliance 7.Participants with respiratory illness.
