Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 25 years Female participants Different BMI categories underweight normal overweight obese Screen time 2 hours or more per day Able to understand study procedure and give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of neck trauma or cervical surgery Current or recent neck pain or injury Neurological or neuromuscular disorders Systemic or metabolic conditions Postural or visual or vestibular disorders Currently undergoing physiotherapy or taking medication

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Cervical range of motion will be assessed to determine the mobility of the cervical spine in different directions, and pain pressure threshold of deep neck flexors will be measured to evaluate muscle sensitivity and pain response.Timepoint: Baseline (Single - session assessment)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Body mass index will be recorded to classify participants into different weight categories and to analyze its influence on cervical function.Timepoint: Baseline (Single - session assessment);Smartphone addiction score will be measured using a standardized scale to assess the level of device dependency and its relationship with cervical parameters.Timepoint: Baseline (Single - session assessment);Screen time exposure will be assessed in hours per day to evaluate its association with cervical mobility and muscle sensitivity.Timepoint: Baseline (Single - session assessment);pain intensity will be evaluated using the Visual Analog ScaleTimepoint: Baseline (Single - session assessment)
