Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.typical feature from HAM-A scale between 17-24 (mild-moderate anxiety) 2.GAD-7 scale total scoring between 5-14 (mild-moderate anxiety) 3.diagnosed case of GAD. 4. Patient willing to give consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.neurological disorder: known case of epilepsy,PNES,brain injury or other neurological condition that affects cognitive functions. 2. severe physical illness - uncontrolled chronic illness (ex- DM I,II, HTN, thyroid dysfunction ) that may interfere with assesment . 3.recent major life stressor- recent bereavement, trauma or accidentwithin the past 3 months that may confound anxiety symptoms. 4.pregnancy or lactation - if participant is female 5.patient wh has ongoing GAD medicine.
