Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Inclusion Criteria: A) Apparently Healthy Young individuals specifically Young Professionals working in non shift jobs. Students pursuing Higher education. B) Age 18-35years. C) Irrespective of gender, religion, economic status,dehaPrakriti.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A) Patients having any major systemic disease like HTN, DM, Hereditary diseases. B) Patients with Severe psychiatric Illness. C) Use of sedatives or sleep medications in past 1 month.
