Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with non-specific low back pain lasting more than week 4. Baseline pain score of 4 or above on the Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS). Ability and willingness to provide informed consent and comply with study procedures.
