Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with undisplaced or minimally displaced clavicle group I fractures Presence of pain and tenderness at site Age between 18 to 70 No sensorymotor deficit Willingness to use Orthotics No H/O previous surgeries in shoulder Closed fractures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with deformities Sensorymotor deficit H/O previous fractures/recent trauma Age less than 18 and more than 70 H/o previous surgery Severe Arthritis/Rheumatic conditions

Fracture of shaft of clavicle include time to radiological union, assessed through serial imaging, and the incidence of complications such as malunion, nonunion, infection, implant failure, and skin irritation.Timepoint: 6 months
