Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 45 years Patients with hyperpigmentation score 2 and 3 as per Dummett Oral Pigmentation Index Patients with esthetic concern Patients with good oral hygiene

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic diseases like Diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disorders, immunocompromised condtions Subjects with hypersensitivity to hyaluronic gel or any study materials Previous periodontal surgery or depigmentation in the study area Pregnant or lactating subjects Use of medications influencing pigmentation or wound healing and active periodontal disease or untreated oral infections Subjects with smoking or tobacco habits and unrealistic expectations about treatment Patients undergoing or with a history of chemotherapy or radiotherapy Subjects not willing to participate in the study

To evaluate wound healing after surgical gingival depigmentation with photobiomodulation alone and photobiomodulation combined with 2% hyaluronic acid applicationTimepoint: at 3, 7, 14, and 21 days postoperatively
