Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Single-rooted permanent teeth indicated for primary root canal treatment 2.Teeth diagnosed with pulpal necrosis with asymptomatic apical periodontitis. 3.Presence of periapical lesion evident on radiographic examination, according to CBCT PAI score 3 5 introduced by Estrela et al. 4.Teeth with mature apices 5.Patients with good oral hygiene maintenance 6.Patients willing to participate in the study and comply with the follow-up schedule 7.Patients providing written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Teeth with a history of previous root canal treatment 2.Teeth with open apices, internal or external root resorption 3.Teeth with root fractures or cracks 4.Teeth associated with advanced periodontal disease 5.Teeth with calcified canals or complex root canal anatomy 6.Patients with systemic diseases known to affect bone or soft tissue healing 7.Patients on long-term antibiotic, steroid, or immunosuppressive therapy 8.Pregnant or lactating women 9.Patient with any allergic tendencies pertaining to treatment. 10.Deleterious habits. E.g. Smoking, alcohol consumption etc.
