Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Periodontal pockets (probing depth more than 5 mm) without adjacent teeth that bleed or suppurate when probed No systemic disease that could influence the outcome or progression of periodontal therapy Patient should be able to understand and give a written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Tooth involving the furcation. History of allergies to tetracycline Pregnant and/or lactating females Systemic antimicrobial therapy 2 months before entering the study. Hypersensitivity to metronidazole or chlorhexidine. Previous periodontal surgery. Smokers/ Tobacco users

The primary objective of this study is to compare the clinical efficacy of Metrohex Plus Gel, low level LASER therapy and Tetracycline fibers as adjuncts to Scaling and Root Planning (SRP) in the management of chronic periodontitis. By analysing their impact on key clinical parameters including Plaque index (PI), Gingival index (GI), Sulcus Bleeding index, Probing Pocket depth (PPD) and clinical attachment level (CAL) over a defined treatment and follow-up period, with the goal of identifying the most effective adjunct for non-surgical periodontal therapy. Timepoint: The primary objective of this study is to compare the clinical efficacy of Metrohex Plus Gel, low level LASER therapy and Tetracycline fibers as adjuncts to Scaling and Root Planning (SRP) in the management of chronic periodontitis.
