Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AGE: 18 TO 35 both male and female

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of Surgery or Trauma: cervical or shoulder surgery, or any recent trauma to the neck or shoulder region. 2.Neurological Disorders: (e.g., cervical radiculopathy, neuropathy). 3.Chronic Musculoskeletal Conditions: rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, or other. 4.Current Treatment or Rehabilitation: Participants currently undergoing ergonomic correction, physiotherapy, or medical treatment related to neck and/or shoulder pain. 5. Students not willing to participate

1.Neck Disability Index (NDI): The NDI is a widely used valid and reliable instrument to measure neck pain. The questionnaire has involved a 10-item Likert scale ranging from 0 (no pain) to 5 (worst pain).The total score ranges from 10 to 50 2.Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI):Timepoint: 8 weeks
