Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age group more than 18 years Individuals who needs dilated fundus examination as a routine eye check ups and for various other conditions like diabetic retinopathy hypertensive retinopathy and myopia etc
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any history and evidence of ocular trauma ocular surgeries infections uveitis corneal pathology Patients with unilateral or bilateral iris pathology like iris atropy angle closure Peripheral iridoectomy Any abnormalities in pupillary reflex like APD RAPD Adies tonic pupil Male patients with usage of alpha 1 adrenergic receptor antagonist like tamsulosin Anisocoria (more than 0.5 mm differences between two eyes) Narrow angle glaucoma Patients with severe systemic illnesses
