Inclusion criteria: Chronological age above 12 years CBCT image with good diagnostic quality

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fractures in anterior maxilla Pathologic conditions affecting the anterior maxilla Presence of dental implants in the anterior maxillary region History of bone grafting in the anterior maxilla

Against this backdrop, understanding the CS is not merely an academic pursuit it is a clinical imperative. This study, therefore, will be conducted with the purpose of mapping the position, diameter, and spatial relationships of the Canalis Sinuosus relative to the incisive foramen, nasal cavity floor, and buccal and palatal cortical plates while analyzing variations across age and gender.
