Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects that meet the following criteria will be included Patients ready to give consent/assent 8-12 years of any gender Medically healthy ASA-1 Caries-free mouths ICDAS 0 1 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects that meet any of the following criteria will be excluded Undergoing any orthodontic treatment With carious lesions ICDAS 3 4 5 6 Those who have intraoral prostheses during the study period Any physical or mental disabilities that would prevent standardized brushing or following instructions Who have used antimicrobial mouthwash in the last 3 months

The primary objective of the study is to evaluate and compare the microbial contamination (CFU count) on Nylon and PBT bristled toothbrushes under various sanitary conditions (with or without attached toilet), storage methods (with or without lid), and durations of use (after 1 and 3 months).Timepoint: 1 month and 3 months total 4 month study
