Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergoing Elective Posterior Decompression Surgery of the spine, Medically stable, alert, able to follow simple command Able to walk independently (FAC score 4 and above)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preexisting neurological condition affecting balance or any proprioceptive, visual, vestibular impairments influencing balance Any lower limb musculoskeletal impairment, fracture, deformity, or surgery. Any spinal surgeries involving deformity correction. History of any previous surgeries that affect balance.

1] Postural sway assessment using the BTracKS (Balance Tracking Systems) device 2] Ankle Proprioception using the ankle repositioning error test using photographic analysis with the Kinovia App.Timepoint: Baseline, 2 tO 4 Days post-operatively
