Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asa grading I AND II Mallampatti grading I and II Body mass index less than 30

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal of the patient Presence of neck pathology Anticipated difficult airway History of gastro oesophageal reflux disease Increased risk of aspiration

To compare intraoperative hemodynamic responses & presence of blood staining on the device & incidence of postoperative airway related complications such as sore throat dysphagia & incidence of coughTimepoint: At baseline, induction, 1 minute,5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 25 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes, 75 minutes, 90 minutes, 105 minutes & 120 minutes In post-operative ward, at 30 minutes & at 2 hours & at 6 hours
