Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women presenting with the fundamental symptom i.e cessation of menstruation for at least five menstrual cycles & willing for trial enrollment. Women suffering from physical symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness etc. Women presenting with psychological manifestations such as irritability, mood swings, low libido etc. Women with hemoglobin more then 10gm%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women unwilling to enroll in the trial. Women undergoing hormone replacement therapy. Women suffering from chronic illnesses like diabetes, hypertension, malignancy etc. Women who have undergone hysterectomy or oophorectomy. Women with hemoglobin less than 10gm%
