Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Ayurvedic undergraduates (1st - 4th year BAMS students, Interns). 2 Students experiencing moderate stress (1.01-2.00) and high stress (2.01-3.00) levels as per Medical Student Stressor Questionnaire.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Students currently practicing any form of yoga, meditation, or pranayama regularly. 2) Students with a history of psychiatric disorders or currently undergoing psychiatric/psychological treatment. 3) Students who are taking medicine for systemic diseases.
