Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically detectable premalignant oral lesions with cytological confirmation of dysplasia Any or combinations of the 8 nuclear features Karyohexis Karyolysis Nuclear Budding Multinucleation micronucleation prominent nucleolus Binucleation Nuclear Atypia Willing to comply with follow up and avoid areca nut and Tobacco

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Malignant transformation at base line Pregnancy Lactation Known allergy to folic acid or Placentrex Severe systemic illness precluding follow up Prior treatment for the lesion in last 6 months
