Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children and adolescents aged 10 to 18 years Overweight as per WHO BMI for age criteria (greater than plus one standard deviation and up to plus two standard deviations) Both male and female participants Willing to participate with written informed consent from parents or guardian and assent from the child

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known congenital or acquired heart disease Secondary hypertension Chronic kidney disease Diabetes mellitus Thyroid disorders Any systemic illness affecting the cardiovascular system Acute febrile illness at the time of assessment
