Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Mothers of children aged 4-17 years diagnosed with predominantly emotional/internalising OR predominantly behavioural/externalising child and adolescent psychiatric disorders. Mothers aged 23 years or older. Mothers with at least a high school education. Willingness to participate in the study and provide informed consent. Access to a smartphone with a reliable internet connection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Current participation of mothers in any other structured parenting program. Severe psychiatric disorders in mothers that may interfere with participation (e.g., active psychosis, mania, severe substance dependence etc). Mothers of Children with predominantly neurodevelopmental disorders (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorders, intellectual disability as primary diagnosis), mixed presentation, or psychiatric emergencies.
